Customer Success Management

In our unique B2B2C software company, the CSM plays a crucial role. It serves as an interface between customers and FinLink, to maximize the benefits of our products. As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for coordinating customer support and controlling escalation cases. Thus, you ensure that our customers are adequately supported in case of problems and especially satisfied in the long term. Our goal: Satisfied customers - yours too?

Development

We are looking for passionate developers who are enthusiastic about innovative software solutions. As part of our development team, you will be working on the design and implementation of features for our digital CRM for mortgage financing. Your tasks include programming, testing and continuous improvement of the software architecture. Shape construction financing with us!

IT Operations Management

Our IT Support/Operations team plays a unique role in the company, as it is responsible for all companies in the Bilthouse Group. Together with the team, you ensure that all IT processes such as infrastructure management, security and data protection, network administration and software management run smoothly throughout the entire Bilthouse Group. 

Product Management

As a product manager, you are the architect for the development of our fantastic products, by understanding customer needs, coordinating the teams, and managing the entire product life cycle. Your area of responsibility includes the End2End processes for our platforms and lead management. 

Product Design

To increase our customer satisfaction, our product designers are working on the further development of our customer and consultant platforms. As a product designer, you work closely with our product managers and developers to optimize the user experience of our customers. Start now and support us in making our products even better!

Quality Assurance

"80:20 or "average" does not exist for us. We in quality assurance make sure that our products always meet the highest standards. Our main tasks include planning and conducting tests, identifying software errors, and ensuring a smooth integration of new features. With "exact" you are exactly right with us!
